We like to keep our pricing very simple:

  • $50 USD for each passenger

  • $25 USD change/cancellation fee for each passenger

Upon your acceptance of the itinerary we present you and your payment of any BoundlessMiles service fees, our team will assist you step by step in booking the flights. We will, of course, inform you of the total cost of miles and money required to reserve your itinerary beforehand. We will assist you in the entire booking process including (but not limited to) transferring points/miles, speaking to the airline or frequent flyer programme, seat selection, etc.

BoundlessMiles will send an invoice to the email address you have provided us, using PayPal, when you accept the itinerary we present you. We cannot help you book your itinerary until you have paid BoundlessMiles’ invoice. We understand that flight availability changes frequently and therefore if after your invoice is paid your desired flights are no longer available, we will first try to accommodate you on other flights by presenting you all of the available options for you to choose. If for whatever reason we are not able to find alternative flights meeting your needs, we will refund you any service fees paid.

If you would like to change or cancel you itinerary afterwards, we will be more than happy to assist you with the changes or cancellations for our change/cancellation fee. We will first inquire if your desired change is available, if so, we will send you an invoice using PayPal for the change fee, and then assist you step by step in making the change directly with the airline or frequent flyer programme.

Please note that once your itinerary is confirmed and ticketed with the airline, all service fees paid to BoundlessMiles become non-refundable. If you desire to change or cancel your reservation, we will charge you an additional change/cancellation fee for our assistance in changing or cancelling your itinerary. As always, you will be informed beforehand how much the change or cancellation will cost you directly from the frequent flyer programme or airline.
