Service Fees
all BoundlessMiles fees are per person (each infant on lap is 25% of the standard fee), billed in $USD (United States Dollar), and nonrefundable; your bank may charge a foreign transaction fee

Modifications
a fee of 50% of the Award Flight Service (AFS) is billed when staying within the same trip type; if changing to a different trip structure, the change fee will be 50% of the new AFS

Cancellations
a fee of $30 is billed for each Award Flight Service cancelled; we ensure all miles/points and taxes are properly refunded (or future flight credits are issued accurately)

Remarks
every frequent flyer program is subject to its own rules, terms, conditions, and award availability; routing rules vary and not all flight combinations may be allowed by the issuing airline

each flight is subject to award availability, which is different from revenue availability - if a flight is available for purchase it does not mean it is also available for mileage redemption

some frequent flyer award redemption tickets cannot be changed/modified or cancelled, it is your responsibility to inquire about the rules, terms, and conditions before committing to an award booking
